Welcome to Deer Park Family Care Clinic. 

We’re proud to be serving Deer Park and the surrounding communities for more than 25 years and counting.  Our board-certified Pediatrics and Family Medicine physicians provide a wide range of healthcare services including well care, chronic disease care, and acute as well as prenatal care and women’s health.  We partner with Incyte Diagnostics for onsite laboratory services in addition to welcoming visiting adult and pediatric cardiologists from Providence, and Chiropractic services with Lewchuk Chiropractic.
